Gabel Associates Announces Leadership Transition As Founder Steven Gabel Shifts from President to Advisory Role After 32 Years

Isaac Gabel-Frank & Mike Borgatti Named Co-CEOs, Holly Reed Named COO

HIGHLAND PARK, N.J., April 11, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- After 32 years of leadership, Steven (Steve) Gabel, Founder and President of Gabel Associates, has selected Isaac Gabel-Frank and Mike Borgatti to succeed him as Co-Chief Executive Officers (CEOs) of the industry-leading energy and utility consultancy. Holly Reed, a 25-year veteran of the firm, will take over operational responsibilities as its Chief Operating Officer (COO). Steve, who founded Gabel Associates in 1993, will continue to support the firm's clients in a senior advisory and special projects role when the leadership transition is complete later this year.

Steve has been a changemaker in the energy industry.
