The prize package, valued at over $700,000, includes a newly remodeled, fully furnished home, all the furnishings and $50,000. 

Anna, a Kansas City native, is the first-ever hometown resident to win an HGTV Urban Oasis home in their own city. A director of operations at a marketing company, she entered the giveaway for the first time this year, drawn to the idea of winning an HGTV home giveaway home in her hometown. She and her husband, Jake, entered twice daily, every day, with the help of daily reminder notifications.

"I never imagined I would actually win," said Anna. "I thought, 'Why not enter?' But when my best friend Aubree picked me up for brunch and drove me to the house, I was completely shocked. I literally stopped in my tracks and blacked out—it felt like a dream!"

Anna, who currently lives just 20 minutes away from the home, was randomly drawn from millions of entries during the sweepstakes period, which lasted from October 2, 2024, to November 21, 2024. Her family and friends were there for the big reveal, but her husband was out of town and didn't believe her until he got home. "My family is the best, the most supportive people ever," she shared.

This inviting three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom home spans approximately 2,200 square feet, offering a perfect blend of modern design and warm, natural elements. The open-concept first floor features striking ash tree beams in the living room and a kitchen with vibrant blue cabinets and home office space.
