Republic Capital Group served as Constellation's exclusive financial advisor in the transaction.

Constellation Wealth Advisors, a registered investment advisor (RIA), based in Cincinnati, OH is led by Co-Founders Patrick Lafley and John Williams, with CFO, James Taylor.
